NEW JERSEY (WABC) -- New Jersey has passed a grim milestone with more than 5,000 COVID-19 deaths, Governor Phil Murphy announced Wednesday, though he said the rate in which case are doubling is slowing.
Murphy said there were 314 additional deaths, bringing the state total to 5,063. An additional 3,551 positive tests brings the total to 95,865 cases in the state.
I have upped my Vit D and Vit C intake since this started but remember to get enough Vit K if you are taking D.

Vitamin D3 ensures that calcium is absorbed easily and K2 (MK-7) activates the protein, osteocalcin, which integrates calcium into bone. Without D3 and K2, calcium cannot do its job effectively.
For reduced calcium plaque in arteries
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) activates matrix GLA protein (MGP) to bind excess calcium and promote arterial flow and flexibility.
My Dr. also suggested that D with out K can lead to Kidney stones.
