BB- having too many daylilies is a problem???

After last summer, which was like my first full year with DL, I realized that what I was doing for notes - especially on the unregistered "cottage dayliles" (part of our western PA cottage is on a former daylily farm which was last utilized in the 60's - so far I believe they are all dips) that I have transplanted up here, was not working. Notebooks, scraps of paper, you name it - I was recording it, and not having the time to transfer the info into my files - or not remembering what all of my notes meant.

I am hoping this garden map sheet will help. If I remember to date it each day, then even if it is several weeks before I enter the information in my database, I will still be able to figure out first bloom, last, etc. This is untried, ask me about it in the fall to see if I liked it - or what changes I made. My daughter in law has my camera, so I am unable to take a photo and post it right now to show you what I am talking about. ~Jan
