I did ask Lyle to start a new thread, as this one is getting really long. Look for him to do that in the near future. If I start it for him, the thread will not have a thumbnail of one of his lovely images - so I asked him to do it. I'll be closing this thread, and linking to the new one, whenever he does start a new thread.
