Seedfork said:I buy mine from here: The shipping is "free"... included in the price. I buy the Rose style . I recommend not buying the zinc wire that goes in the ground. Those rusted badly in my garden soil, so I have switched to the stainless steel wires, and the heavy duty zinc Name Plates. I also found that the combination of using the zinc wires with the zinc name plates allowed the name plate to consistently slide down. The combination of the stainless steel wires and the heavy duty zinc name plates keeps that from happening, the name plants become very hard to even force down.

I order from Everlast too and even though I have purchased the zinc wire in the past, I will pay the extra money and buy stainless steel from now on. I love the zinc plates and my original Brother P-touch labels have never had to be replaced on them (at least 10 years).

The only problem I have is with the zinc wire. Once it rusts out at ground level, I have to break off the part below the rust and then I will stick it back in the ground. Eventually, the markers are too short and have to be replaced. Like Larry said, I also noticed that the zinc plates tend to fall down on the zinc wires. I do not know if it is the zinc on zinc that causes the issue or what.
