Just up from a nice meal without much doing. The tilapia was terrific. It was well seasoned (s/p, thyme, oregano) hit with a squeeze of lemon juice, sprinkled with some diced jalepeno, topped with sliced tomatoes (hit with olive oil) and baked (about 18 minutes). Really good. Definitely recommended. Sides were rice (cooked by the Dear Other), navy beans with some jalepeno and green pepper, and sauteed zucchini. Still sipping some nice dry Riesling.
