I found a pack of brats in my fridge/freezer and am going to make those tonight. I need to precook them and finish off on the grill. I bought a pineapple, and "butchered" that in rings so I can put them in my nifty grill basket and put them on too. I brush them with melted coconut oil and they taste soooo good grilled.
