I can see the yellow toned and creamy marbled variegation on
@keithp2012's plant, a little bit subtle though.
Use to have one similar but not exactly like this one, and there also popular yellow leaved one like 'Golden Alexandria', ( a true to type from seed, yellow but not marbled, day-length neutral and can set fruit in tropic regardless of season)
Some variegated plant can appear very subtle, as if they are "Chlorotic". The variegation can also influenced by weather (temps and light), In the case of growing foliage-plants, especially variegated, ones need to consider this, to get the best appearances. Some will appear more variegated under full sun (like ficus 'reginald'), but many will becoming more subtle due to increased anthocyanin pigment or other pigment under full sun, some can just get burned under sun.
