the yellow circles indicated variegation, and the red seems sign of environmental stress adaptation (increases of reddish pigment). Note that the red pigment also present in the edges of most leaves

If I may comment, pictures taking is also making it difficult to see the variegation, this will be better if you block some direct light during photography. (I'm not a photographer by any means though... : Smiling )

And lastly, I would really love to have this plant, by consistent propagation and further selection, you will eventually get some progeny with more distinct (obvious) but not to much (like albinos) variegation. Chimeral variegation sometime are quite stable, but most-times are very dynamic..
