What kind of soil mix are you using?

What kind of fertilizer are you using? The yellow leaf edges look somewhat like nitrogen deficiency. I see a lot of what looks like woody material in your planting media. Excess woody/carbon material can cause the nitrogen to be used up by the microbes quickly.
