Fixed a rice pilaf..usual Bella mushrooms, onions, garlic, peas, rice, seasonings .. and I added one slice of finely cut up uncured bacon to the sauté pot.. for the fat and the hard browned bits..
I stuffed the peppers and added a core of very sharp cheddar cheese
