I may try to just see what happens with a cutting, otherwise it just goes in the heap as I trim them back when I plant them up. I did divide my clumps last fall as best I could. I guess I did ok with that as the ones I potted up have sprouted and the ones I've given away had growth going on.

I'll keep you posted what I do and how it goes. Again thank you for help with this. I'm so glad to have a spot to learn from.
