I have had home-hybrid zinnias that reminded me of your Ragged Robin Lychnis.
Actually, your Ragged Robins reminded me of those weird zinnias. Re-crossing zinnia specimens similar to those might get even closer. However, the zinnia plants would still differ a lot from the Lychnis.
