TT, look for a botanical soap that's made with jewel weed. If you get poison ivy again, go in the house and wash the affected areas with it. This stuff works! It removes those oils that causes the burn. I found it at my local drugstore. Even though I don't have a reaction to poison ivy, I keep it on hand for my son. I have also used it for bug bites, it really reduced the itching. I've seen is sold as simply "poison Ivey soap".
Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.
