Rust is just starting on one plant. I've removed the affected 5 leaves. I tried dabbing the few yellow fuzzy spots on a couple more leaves with rubbing alcohol. It left tiny brown spots but better than the alternative? The tree is not crowded and gets plenty of sun. It's the only one affected out of 30 trees and rooted cuttings. Hints. Thoughts? Suggestions?
