Not in anyone in particular's defense, but shipping plants is difficult now.

UPS has suspended their service guarantee, which means no matter how long it takes to deliver a package there is no financial recourse. Ship Overnight and it takes 5 days? Or 3 Day Air taking 11 days? It falls on the shipper to take the loss.

Not only is there increased volume due to the pandemic, but now curfews are now affecting delivery schedules in many places.

And to top it off, a record number of packages are being lost. Just vanishing from the system.

USPS is a little better, but in many areas they are 3 to 5 days behind schedule.

FBTS has had to delay orders into select regions because we cannot be assured there will be timely delivery. Some customers get quite upset, BTW.

So, it is a time for patience. That's my point.
