You reversed that whole approach... using many variegated forms as the main body... and solid forms as the accent plants.

I didn't really follow through with any enormous groupings or with specific "themes."

You, however, put together a VERY nice combination of plants ... and all the variegation works together very nicely.
Also.......................
The hardscaping is very nice as well... the bird, the border and the boulder. They attract attention without demanding it. In other words, they do not dominate the composition.
