Avocado, Corn and Tomato Salsa
1 avocado diced
3/4 C corn kernels, if frozen, thaw (recipe said frozen, sure it will be good with fresh corn, too)
1/2 C grape tomatoes, quartered
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
Toss well in bowl, Chill one hour. Serve and Enjoy!
