Herbie--what do you do with all of these ultra hot peppers?
I'm a pepper wimp, so I start very mild peppers. I grow paprika, ancho, aleppo, and holy mole. I love to make sauce with my peppers, so try to find those that work well in mole, etc. It's so fun to experiment with recipes.
The only hot peppers I grow are ornamental--Black Pearl, Medusa, Purple Flash.
