linda - i mix them with other peppes ahat are not as hot and even ith seet bell peppers to make my own hot pepper sauce. my son chris loves them and i give jars away at work. my pepper sauce, while very hot has a delicious taste to it whch doesn't cover p what food you are putting it on, unlike sauces you buy in the store that are hot but taste losey. LOL

actually, with my recipe you can use whatever peppers you want, they don't have to be ultra hot.

the recipe is in my wifes cookbook but if you are interested i'll gladly send it to you.
