Fred, they are Agave desmettiana, variegated and non-variegated form. Very prolific and easy to keep.

Carol, I would think you'd need someone in Louisiana or Texas for the Spanish moss (Tillandsia usneoides, indeed the smallest form of Bromeliad). And - since it is a plnt be sure to clear with your USDA office! Although there will not be any soil attached!
