Go to the "Search by characteristics" section of the Irises Database ( https://garden.org/plants/grou... ). Check the boxes for "Tall Bearded Iris" in the Classification section and "Variegata" in the Flower Pattern section and click Search. You'll get a bunch of possible matches. Fair warning, there have been a LOT of irises introduced over the years that look generally similar to the one in your picture. It won't be easy to get a definitive ID without some more information to narrow it down.
