I like that the background although rather detailed is pretty much uniform, which helps to make the beautiful frog stand out better from the background. Smiling

In a situation like this, you might consider using a lower shooting angle, with the subject more turned against you, if possible. This will help the viewer connect better to the subject (the frog). It can also, depending on the camera and/or lens used, help to smooth out the background.

You could also consider a little less central composition. Normally a little more space in front of your subject and a little less behind goes a long way to improve composition.
