I love shrubs, and have planted many ornamental ones on our property. I love them all, but I would have to say my favorite is lilacs. I have around 100 lilac cultivars. Other shrubs not nearly as many, but I do love physocarpus, viburnums, spirea, some of the barberries, daphnes, and the shrubby magnolias.
