BigAppleRoseGuy: thank you for sharing your pics. This is one of those roses that immediately called out to me. I can't believe I haven't heard more about this rose before... it's so stunning.

Does anyone know if it will do well in Zone 10b and sunset zone 22... (I'm in Southern California about 6 miles from the ocean). The website for Ascot says USDA Zone 5b - 9b.
Does this mean I should not consider growing it in 10b??? I would love to hear all your thoughts and advice.
