I found a package of Gurneys Strawberry water soluble fertilizer with a NPK of 10-52-17. The directions say to apply only once per season. 2 Tablespoons per gallon of water

Last year I had lush green tomatoes with not one flower. It was probably because of the compost/manure I added in.

I want to add a shot of phosphorus to my maters so I don't repeat last years flop. Should I follow the instructions as for strawberrys or go ahead and fertilize every 2 weeks or once a month? Should I use the recommended 2 Tablespoons per gallon or should I cut it in half?

I emailed Gurneys but they haven't responded. I don't know what to do! Help! Please.
Meri
