1/8 tsp garlic powder

Remove from heat and cover until cool.

I passed by a tv where they were making a meatloaf sandwich which looked yummy! It was on Guy Fieri show about drive ins and dives. At the restaurant they made a large meatloaf that looked tasty by itself. She cut off slice, heated it on griddle with melted pepper jack cheese on top and toasted wheat berry bread. Guy Fieri said the sandwich and flavor combo was tasty. He also said what really helped the sandwich flavors is the homemade chipolte ketchup! So I found a recipe! There are also recipe links that use the actual peppers, including jalapeno. So if anyone is looking a way to use their summer peppers, or want a llttle kick on your 4th of July burger, here is an idea!

Today on TV I took a trip to Beirut Lebanon where they made kibbeh with lentils and with beef. They made several lentil recipes and usually garnished with yogurt, including a savory version with garlic and olive oil I may look up those recipes on next rest!

I'm laughing at myself today, since I finally have the holiday off work. Now I don't have any special plans or any special place to go except my closet since I may need to self quarantine after work. Hope I keep laughing while cleaning the closet!

Also, hope that whatever your plans, you can enjoy the freedoms we celebrate today! Smiling
