They (LV, QS) look similar, I wouldn't be surprised if they are related within a generation or two (same breeder), possibly Novalis (all mid-low scent lavenders bred in 2004).
I'd look at Midnight Blue over Ebb Tide though....Ebb Tide is low vigour. Midnight Blue is a more vigourus sibling with very similar dark colour, just a few less petals.
