I forget where this was referenced, but thought it was a thread here. Anyway, when I tried to download it, I got an error message. Finally got an answer back from them:

I am perplexed - you shouldn't have had any error message at all, as the book is not available on our site anymore, and hasn't been for some time. The script is still there, but the links have been disabled as the book came back into print.

If you look around online though, you may still be able to find downloadable copies, but we are no longer able to supply it.
