Lynda, it looks really full and healthy. It will really look great when it gets going. I have been getting a few dahlia tubers dangling from a thread. Of course those tubers are no good.
Just a few.
A small agapanthus I bought a couple of years ago is blooming for the first time.
Phlox starting
Jeana - it seems to be true about it being favored by pollinators.
Stingy year for lilies. Many didn't bloom or just had one. They are suppose to be one of my prime flowers right now. Darned Scarlet Lily Beetle.
Nicandra appears every few years from a seed trade 20 or more years ago. Original was variegated. I weeded it by mistake this morning.
The rabbits left me some balloon flowers after all - true from seed.

Heliopsis can be a bit of a weed. But it is blooming in shade.
A day too late for this photo. The milkweed dropped a lot of their petals and the Asiatic Garden Beetle ate the coneflower petals. It did look nice the day before. Both self sown.
This appeared in the garden. I thought it was going to be something else. Anyone happen to recognize it? Don't go crazy. I will post better photos on plant ID when I get them.
*Seems to be Geum canadense and it is something that hooks onto the dog's fur.
