TT...add a teaspoon of lemon juice. The acidity will counteract/neutralize the pepper. Then add just a teaspoon of sugar. That will counteract the sourness of the lemon juice and re-balance things to where they were. I've gotten a little heavy handed with cayenne before and had to do this so I know it works. Oh...and some salt or starch (especially starch veggies/noodles) cleans up an 'oil slick'. Rolling my eyes.

Will respond later/after dinner in regards to all else.
