No, actually it's pretty common to keep growing into your 20s. I didn't top 6' until I hit 20 myself.. I hit 5'4 at 10 years old and stayed there for a few years. At 16 I hit 5'8, then 18 I was 5'10. So that's pretty common I think.

But I *have* heard of the problems with gymnasts. The human body is geared for growth during those extremely formative years between 6 & 16 and I've heard & read a lot about how female gymnasts feel that their lives have been put completely on hold until they stop with the extreme regimented exercise plan. When I started college, my first roommate was a strange duck. She'd done marathons her entire teenage years and came to me totally freaked out one day because she was bleeding from.. there. Uh, yea, that's normal.. hello... it's called your menses. She'd never had her period in her entire life because she'd done so much exercise and heavy training that things just weren't working right. I went with her to the school medical clinic (her family was about 1000 miles away & I was the only one she knew.. and I'd only known here for 2 months!) and the nurse practitioner explained on how heavy exercise can prevent a woman from maturing. She stopped her daily 10 mile runs and actually started to fill out & not look like a 10 year old girl. She went a little crazy when her hormones actually started to kick in.. she moved out & off campus with her best friend (not me) like 3 months later and, well, to be honest, that house was a little popular with the frats, if you know what I mean. Sad Oh well, as long as she was safe, that's all that matters.

I'm thinking Everclear & trying to prune Knockouts. That'd be almost as dangerous as pruning a George Burns while stone-cold sober.

95.5% ethanol alcohol, 4.5% water. 151 proof. Great for degreasing your engine or killing braincells by the millions. Nasty shit.
