Yeah, the Clean Ocean post is what made me think or the Everclear. Now in the light of day, I'm wondering why I made that connection.
Zuzu, I was a gymnast too! 13% fat, no more for so long. And I got taller in college when I stopped gymnastics. almost as tall as Toni!
I have this awful group of autoimmune diseases and one of them (ankylosing spondylitis) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pu... which has made my back ache for years. I ignored it because my back always hurt from gymnastics and injuries. A rheumatologist finally gave the pain a name a few years ago. Every month I go in for a 3-4 hour, ($5800) infusion to combat it. Anyway the doc had an intern with him one day and he asked how long I had it, and I said I didn't know, because I always blamed gymnastics. The doc said....you were a gymnast? That's why you are still walking! Normally someone who has this attack their hips and neck is in a wheelchair by now. He said, the early gymnastics, and the flexibility it gave me, has saved me. Wow! So, long story, be glad you endured that pain when you were young. Funny how that gets you so used to pain that you ignore it. Sticking tongue out Glare
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
