Greetings to all! I have this year bloomed the first seedlings from the pollinations of 2018. I decided to create a separate branch to show some of them. I didn't have any special goals or strategies at that time, and I often crossed the two flowers closest to each other, since this was my first experience. It is still quite a long way from the novelties of modern hybridization, but in any case it is interesting to see how Nature mixes forms, colors, patterns in an endless kaleidoscope, and how it all manifests itself in offspring.
I'll start with the cross 18-178: Just Crazy X Mood Ring .

Just Crazy. I have always loved irises with veins, so I could not leave this variety without trying to pollinate it
Mood Ring. This is an incredibly beautiful variety, in addition, the publication of Brad Collins with photos of seedlings from Mood Ring further motivated me to use this variety in many crossings, so in the future it will be found quite often
18-178A: This seedling is not distinguished by exquisite corrugation, but these veins on a Golden background looked very nice and made me keep it
18-178B: In this class, there is a well-known unsurpassed variety of Keppel's 'Ocean Liner', although this seedling has its own differences and features.
18-178C: in this seedling, as is often the case with its parent 'Just Crazy', one of the flowers had 4 fouls instead of three. And the coloring turned out to be quite funny
