They should get the right temperatures to set buds.
If the keikies die ultimately and you really don't want them, you can just remove them.
Use the edge of a butter knife as a wedge between the keikie and mother plant. With a very little bit of pressure they should just pop off. Otherwise scissors will work.

Nobile dendrobiums are orchids that you feed and water like crazy when the new growths appear and grow. Then you kind of "shock them" by cutting way back on water and chill them in the early fall. That is what triggers bud formation. Good luck!!
