Dear all, we had a fantastic time with my friends whose hospitality was fantastic. If my Doctor could see the food we were served she would not be too pleased, to say the least. On Thursday which was my Birthday and our Anniversary it was the hottest day of the year. We were taken out for a spectacular lunch and then a long walk through the water meadows to walk it off. Friday was even hotter and our friend took us to the New forest as Sarah has never been there and she loved it. Then we went to the world famous Exbury gardens in the New forest which has Camellias, Rhododendrons, Magnolias, primroses and cowslips everywhere. Normally it is too early for the Rhododendrons but due to the heat and dry weather they were out. So I have many picture but I will put some on and if you like them I can put more on.
Group hug
Neil.

Sarah wanted to go on the garden tour steam train which she enjoyed, only she woke the entire house up in the early hours of Saturday morning having a dream about steam engines and making all the noises of the one below!

The steam train going around the corner and into the tunnel, we were at the back. A picture of a bit of the gardens from the train.
