Does anyone recognizes this plant I have for very many years, I guess around 20 years?
Lynn has suggested Graptopetalum or Aeonium for the genus in the Cactus and Succulent forum.
It soon is going to bloom, as I remember the flowers are white, it is put in front of a window to the street side of a basement room I only use for dressing room and storage, I took it outside to the garden to give it a bath and clean-up.
