My favorite wing recipe:
Mix half cider vinegar and half soy sauce. (For a 3 lb bag of wings I use about 1/3 cup of each). Pour over wings in a single layer in a pan. Bake at 375 for half an hour. Turn over each wing in sauce and lower heat to 325. Let them cook for several hours more, turning over about every 20 to 30 minutes. Sauce will reduce to a sticky goo on the wings.

Trust me on this, you definitely want to use a disposable pan for these. They make a mess!
