No. Just cider vinegar and soy sauce. Has to bake slowly for about 3 to 3.5 hours, until the liquid is absorbed and/or evaporated. They are fall-off-the-bone tender, salty, and delicious.

That's why you don't want too much liquid. Only about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of each. You want the liquid to disappear as they roast. Have to be watched at the end so they don't burn.
