Azaleas Salvias Roses Plumerias Region: Northeast US Region: New Hampshire
Hydrangeas Hibiscus Region: Georgia Region: Florida Dog Lover Region: Texas
I "maximize" the scented plants (roses, camellias, etc.) by smelling them on cool, cloudy, non-windy mornings but I have not heard of any "nutrients" that increase the amount of fragrance produced.
