Rita..Karen stole my thought for you!! Turn it into a pasta.. or you can do the same as she suggested with rice .. the rice that comes in the pouches is decent too. You bust it up with your fingers right thru the pouch and microwave for a minute in the same pouch
Also if you like white clam sauce.. buy Progresso white clam Sauce in the can... add to that a can of minced clams ( don't drain ) and toss in your shrimp and some fresh garlic.. simmer that together for 10 -15 minutes toss that over pasta and add some grated cheese .. add some cold chopped tomato to the top it's great left over and fried next day. Yum!!
