These names per Greg Starr, Agaves (2012) attempt to resolve an issue related to the interpretation of kanji:

Kichijokan = All-blue, non-variegated form (apparently this is one interpretation of the kanji)
Happy Crown Agave (Agave 'Kichijokan')

Decurrent spines!

Kissho Kan = Marginal variegated form
Happy Crown Agave (Agave 'Kissho Kan')
