I had the same experience as your wife. Grains, beans, sugar and starch are my enemy! When I buckle down and keep them out of my diet, my arthritis problems almost disappear, and the weight falls off. I sleep and breathe better, too. We removed all the carpet and draperies from the house hoping to cut down on allergens. My middle daughter moved to Tempe, and she feels so much better in that climate. Wichita is so much drier than where I grew up, (Kansas City) and every time I go back there i get sick again.
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
