Thanks as well, Shoe. Now that I'm over 40 (Ahem ... Whistling ) it's interesting to look back at some things and see just how the perspective may have changed over the course of time.

I lost my dehydrator somewhere in a move but have one of those small convection ovens that works well to dry things fairly quickly. In my fanatical "purist" days I always spread everything out in the sun to dry. Now in breezy/windy TN I do believe it would all blow away about half the time ... and the other half there would be three cats walking in it.

The times, they are a changin'. Shrug!
I garden for the pollinators.
