Coastal Southern California (Zone 13a)
It appears to be a Hybrid Tea Rose.

Do you deadhead it after it blooms? I really don't know how long your bloom season is, but if your rose is deadheaded after it blooms, fed, and kept watered, it should average 65 days for new blooms.
