I'm in the middle of the country, and I really like Hortico's roses. They're nearly always the largest rooted roses that I receive, and they seem to like it here. I plant their stock in December, and to date I haven't lost a single one. Hurray!

I planted two dozen of their plants this past winter and all of them are already in leaf and growing strongly.
