HI all, I've got a ground orchid blooming and I'm wondering if any of you can tell me what it is.

Here is the plant, it is in full sun and the old tubes (is there a better name for the cigar shaped bits?) are there as well as the new green growth and the bloom stalk a few weeks ago before it opened.

a few days later, some of the blooms are opening.

and a close up of the bloom

I hope you can help me learn more about them. I have another one still in a pot and in partial shade, it's not blooming. I like them, they look nice all year and this bloom stalk is really beautiful. Thanks
