Kq, you had a nice feast. I agree with Tom about the oven rather than microwave. From refrigerator to oven at 400*, six to seven minutes will do it.
Dinner for one started with a notion of Caesar salad with salmon. What it ended up being was a seared fillet of salmon finished with butter and capers, served atop a much enhanced Caesar salad (homemade dressing) with rolled anchovies. Keebler Export Soda crackers (recommended) and the last of the chardonnay filled out the meal.
