Had a little serendipity with that one. Planted it last year thinking the shrub would shade the roots and I could grow it up the fence. Had an Arctic Queen on the other side of the fence going up the pole. Too hot for the AQ, so moved it to the right of the Derona, going up the wrought iron fence panel. A fence panel that has been leaning up against the garage for nearly seven years while I tried to find a 'good' place for it. And there is an established Turk's Cap to the right of the AQ. So now, I have--going right to left-- a red, white, and blue planting! Such fun!
