This was actually a problem with just that one plant, not the search engine. The plant somehow had all of its data doubled in the database. I'm not sure what caused it, though, but I checked all the other plants and I only see this happening to that one plant.
I'm going to hope that this was just a strange anomaly that won't be repeated.
