Will is a very smart guy- all of you are right, cut it back....BUT if it's growing leggy now, and you don't change anything, it's going to grow back leggy- no matter how many times you cut it..

It's leggy b/c there isn't enough sun/light. Period.
That can be seasonal, but if you're in N. America you are going into the darkest period of the year- and everything inside your house is full shade.

If there is a roof- that's full shade. Period. Full shade. Full stop.

No one- no matter how pale, has ever gotten a sun burn indoors, not even a tan.
Is that different than your plant evolved in? $#&* YEAH!
